Aaron Greenspan's victims need help

Whole Mars has been targeted by an obsessive cyberstalker named Aaron Jacob Greenspan for more than 7 years.

I was 25 years old when Aaron Jacob Greenspan, a Tesla short seller, doxxed me in retaliation for speaking out against him and his Tesla short and distort campaign. I could never have imagined that for the next 7+ years he would surveil me relentlessly and try to harm me in any way he can, including by suing me and Elon Musk for the past six years.

Greenspan is a serial litigant who sues to silence criticism & control public debate.

  • Greenspan is delusional and believes the he invented Facebook, and that Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea from him.
  • He sued the makers of the movie "The Social Network" for not putting him in the movie, calling it "defamation by omission".
  • He believes that I secretly work for Tesla and that he is going to expose some imagined conspiracy by stalking me.

Greenspan has lost his frivolous SLAPP-suit every step of the way.

Greenspan has had his frivolous SLAPP-suit thrown out of court every step of the way, but that hasn't stopped him. He knows fully well, especially after all these court rulings, that his claims are completely meritless. But his goal isn't to prevail on the merits, it's to try and hurt me as much as he can with never ending legal proceedings. This has already been ongoing for more than 6 years, and I don't think he will stop just because he loses the lawsuit. This has become a serious issue that has threatened my life and my safety. I'm shocked by how far Greenspan has gone to try to silence me, and I'm scared that I don't know how far he is willing to go. For the record, I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal.

Case History

  • Greenspan first filed his lawsuit in 2020 in federal court. Federal courts dismissed his claims, and then dismissed them again with prejudice, for failing to state any claim on which relief could be granted.
  • Greenspan then appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn the lower court's ruling. He failed.
  • Greenspan then filed a new lawsuit, Greenspan v. Musk. Federal courts against dismissed his federal claims with prejudice and remanded the remaining state law claims to Californi state court.
  • California courts then struck almost all of Greenspan's claims under the anti-SLAPP statute, finding that his lawsuit was an illegal attempt to stiffle free speech. Greenspan was ordered to reimburse defendants for their fees and costs.
  • Greenspan then went beserk filing tons of documents in court in retaliation. He even accused me of plotting to murder him. He appealed the anti-SLAPP rulings to the California Court of Appeals.
  • Now we have to argue the case to the Court of Appeals, which will be expensive and complicated.
